I learned my love of cooking from my Mom.
Growing up in a predominately Italian neighborhood in Pennsylvania, most all of our social events centered around cooking, and eating. It was always my Mom's dream to open her own restuarant. In 1985 her dream came true and she moved to North Carolina with my step father to open the first Italian restuarant in Brunswick County. I left my job as a paralegal and moved South to join the family business where I spent the next 25 years as part owner of a very successful restaurant. In 2009 I decided to try something new.
So welcome to The Dinner Belle..
My love of cooking will reflect in every meal I prepare for your family. I use only the freshest ingredients purchased by me personally for the best quality and the best price.
